My Daily Workout

Hi all, What have you been up to lately? Me? I gained 3 - 4kg within a few months. Not something bad considering I was really underweight before, so now I'm at the acceptable weight range. BUT the problem being, what i gained are fats not muscle mass and it's having its gatherings at my tummy and thighs! I can't fit into my old shorts and skirts anymore.



So, to turn those fatty tissues to muscles I've started some workout at the comfort of my own home! Who says you need to go to a gym for workout?It's free and you can be as glamorous and comfortable as you want!I've been referring to this workout videos lately, doesn't require any special equipment. For the weights, you can easily replace the weights with 2 bottles of water. Nothing you can't find at home. I do a fast walk with my Porsche daily for a good 30 minutes at night to burn off the dinner. Below are some links to the videos that I find useful and easy to follow.

Unrealistic goals like wanting to lose 10kg in a week will make you lose your motivation because you will never achieve it

Also to be realistic and relevant to your life. 

Weight loss = Happier me

Give yourself a time limit which you need to hit your target

Lose 1-2kg in a week's time


And I'm off to make my fat cry! Will update in a week's time to see if I manage to shed off some weights! :)
