My Daily Workout

Hi all, What have you been up to lately? Me? I gained 3 - 4kg within a few months. Not something bad considering I was really underweight before, so now I'm at the acceptable weight range. BUT the problem being, what i gained are fats not muscle mass and it's having its gatherings at my tummy and thighs! I can't fit into my old shorts and skirts anymore.

So, to turn those fatty tissues to muscles I've started some workout at the comfort of my own home! Who says you need to go to a gym for workout?It's free and you can be as glamorous and comfortable as you want!I've been referring to this workout videos lately, doesn't require any special equipment. For the weights, you can easily replace the weights with 2 bottles of water. Nothing you can't find at home. I do a fast walk with my Porsche daily for a good 30 minutes at night to burn off the dinner. Below are some links to the videos that I find useful and easy to follow.

For a good weight loss to work, or rather for any of your aims. Always use 

	Meaning	My Goals
Specific	What exactly you want to achieve.	Weight Loss. Current weight is 43kg!
Measurable	In measurable quantity	Lose 1-2kg
Attainable	Set target for yourself that you know you can achieve	Unrealistic goals like wanting to lose 10kg in a week will make you lose your motivation because you will never achieve it
Relevant	Also to be realistic and relevant to your life.	Weight loss = Happier me
Timed	Give yourself a time limit which you need to hit your target	Lose 1-2kg in a week's time

And I'm off to make my fat cry! Will update in a week's time to see if I manage to shed off some weights! :)

Single to Double Eyelid without Surgery

Hi all, 

I've always faced with problems for my eyes, I am both double and single eyelid. My fickle minded eyes can't make up their mind and I end up with left eye being double and right eye being single. If only I'm blessed with perfectly symmetric face...  It's mother pucking difficult to put on make up with uneven eyelid.

Since I can't possibly make double eyelid back to single, so I decided to make my right eye double with help from my trusty Koji Eyetalk glue. 

I've tried many and I mean many methods trying to even out my eyelids. Glue, stickers, fibers and the HORRIBLE double eyelid clipper. This horrible device is an instrument of torture. Mother pucking painful and the effect disappear after I blink. Am I suppose to keep my eyes open 24/7 after I use it?

Back to my favorite Koji Eyetalk! 

This is how I look with my uneven eyelid plus minimum makeup. Clearly my right eye have not decided on going single or double eyelid yet. 

I like parallel eyelids rather than tapered. If you are wondering how different parallel and tapered looks here a diagram below. 

The beautiful Tsubasa Masuwaka is blessed with parallel eyelid, doll-like face and features. And she's a mother of 1 and 28 years old. She's 150cm though. SAME AS ME! Haha. 

Ok, back to scary pictures of me. Apply the glue on top of your eyelid and wait till it turns transparent. I always apply the glue in almond shape as it sticks better and generally lasts longer. Typically it can last me the whole day, unless I'm suay enough to head out straight into the rain.

Here is a close up of my eyes. 

When the glue is dry and completely transparent, use the Y stick that comes with the glue to set how you high you want your crease to be. The other end of the stick is for you to adjust the crease to your liking. You will need alot of practice to perfect the technique and get your ideal crease. If it turns out wrong or weird, don't worry just gently wash it off with water and try it again. 

It is slightly visible with your eyes closed, but you will be able to cover it with makeup and it looks very natural. Please pardon me for my HUGE forehead in all the photos. When my face is oily I can blind people with the shine on my forehead. HAHA!

As long as it's pink, I'n sold! The only negative part is the instructions and descriptions are all in japanese. But it's pretty self explanatory and you can always refer to youtube videos and the pictures. 

Application: ☆☆☆
The glue smells abit weird and really need alot of practice to achieve your ideal crease plus it take 1-2 minutes for the glue to completely dry. But it is still the best eye glue I've tried so far. So I will stick to this for awhile.

It cost around $16 dollars and available in every major Watsons store in Singapore. Alternatively you can purchase off eBay.

CC Cream can be easily applied onto the skin and feels very light. Works well as a base to correct my dull and tired skin.

While it works as a corrector for dull skin, it offers sheer coverage. Meaning with just CC cream you won't be able to cover your hyper pigmentation or dark circles. But it's a tab too sheer for my liking. 

Effect: ☆☆☆☆
After applying it gives off a very dewy and radiance look! Indeed look like my skin is glowing after application. Plus it can double up as my sunblock in this crazy Singapore weather.

What is BB Cream? 

BB Cream = Blemish Balm

This BB Cream is formulated with Pearl Powder with an improved texture to promote moist, radiant looking skin while protecting against UV damage, wrinkles and anti darkening. (Random Rant: I've ever tried on BB cream whic darken over time! The horror of finding myself 2 shades darker when I look in the mirror after work! (━┳━ _ ━┳━)  )
