Felt like looking back to 2012 and see what I've achieved. Sad to say, my achievements are little and nothing for me to be proud of. Basically, my "Die-Die-Must-Achieve-List" for 2012 is useless! What an unfruitful year! But I met my special someone. :)
Was a tiny employee in a BIG company, trying my best to earn a place in the company.
Initiated and was in the midst of producing the first ever Music Album for the company I was working for. At the same time, planning for the Anniversary celebration for the company. At the same time, covering work for 3-4 staff due to turnover.
May to June 2012
I "met" him*.
The special someone whom I hold dearly to my heart.
"Met" because I know him least 4 years, just that we didn't really have any chance to talk to each other. It's funny how fate can toy with you like that. :)
The music album was also completed and ready to be launched.
July 2012
Despite July being my Birthday month and my virgin trip to Thailand, this was the worst month in 2012.
I was extremely stressed out due to the Anniversary preparations for the company. It was 9am to 9pm work almost everyday. To add on, I was facing family issues on a daily basis. Hair plucking stress everyday, I couldn't eat well lost at least 3kg. My weight was 38kg and I'm 152cm tall. (Calculated how severely under weight I was, it's mighty freaky)
BUT! Things got better after the anniversary celebration was over, went for my first trip to Thailand with him. Had my first birthday celebration overseas as well and Bangkok became my "Die-Die-Must-Go" country on a yearly basis.
August to October 2012
Was in the rat race again. Everyday doing the same old thing. Decided to move on and bid farewell to my previous company. I do admit, it is a mistake to do so, because I tendered without finding another job. But, I will choose to do the same even if I'm given the choice again. The company probably deserve someone better and more willing to CHIONG and die for them.
November 2012
A month all about travelling. Went on a road trip to Genting and Desaru with his family. It was tiring and my flat butt became flatter with HOURS of sitting on the car. But it was all worth it! First time sitting on an ostrich. HAHA! Others go Desaru for the beach. I went there to sit on Ostrich. Got Certificate somemore. Buay tahan. LOL!
Went LEGOland as well~ But it's very meh. Nothing worth mentioning except for the super heavy rain shower. Despite carrying an umbrella, we're still as wet as a bowl of noodles.
December 2012
We bought our first dog. I wanted a dog since I can remember and he fulfilled my dream. It was love at first sight for the both of us and we bought him on the day itself. :)

Had the BEST STEAK EVER at Morton's The Steakhouse for Christmas. It's also the most expensive meal I ever had in my life. The total bill was $300 plus for 2 person only. But it is worth every cent. The steak is grilled perfectly, every bite feels like beefy heaven. I am a person who can't lie without beef. If I can only choose one meat to eat forever, it's beef, beef, beef.
In a nutshell, though I didn't fulfill what I've set in 2012.. I've met my special someone.
Despite being together for 8 months now, I still can't believe how lucky I truly am to be loved by a guy like him. Can't believe he accepted me with all my flaw and tons of tak-glam moments. I'm truly blessed.
So I want to make 2013 a fruitful, fulfilling and happy year for myself.
