Mindless Rattless

Hi all,

Just some of my mindless rattles, because I'm unwell and tab grumpy.

I've currently suffering from too much CNY for the past week and I'm currently exhausted and have tons of errands to run. Busy busy. But I can still happily sit around to blog about it. Made a artsy fartsy picture for my to do list somemore. HAHA!

Apart from that, I woke up with runny nose and neck ache, Backache, everywhere ache ache ache. FML, only 23 but I feel like 80 years old. Annnd I'm working. Thankfully I work from home, so I can blog and complain about it. HAHA!

God ah, gimme strength.

Lesson Learnt

Hi all,

Just wanted to share a little something with you all.

I was casually having a game of poker with my sister and dad using fake money coins. When she did something that totally caught me by surprise. Something many lost as they grow up. (No. Not virginity. Haha)

It's the ability to have fun and put all winning / loss aside and just have fun.

So at round 15 or so, my Dad lost all his chips and I'm down to my final few. Yes, her cards ARE that good. I lost to her despite I have double pair!

At one point of time, I realized she wanted to lose purposely so that the game can be continued and everyone could have fun.

Sad reality is that somehow we lost this ability to just have fun as we aged.

My sister is only 13 and she taught me a valuable lesson today. Plus I got loads of Ang baos for CNY this year!

Happy Chinese New Year

Hi all,

Happy Chinese New Year!

Hopefully this snake year will bring luck, happiness and riches to everyone!

My first attempt at dip dye hair! I've to say, I'm really impressed with how vibrant the colour turned out! Bleached the tips of my hair and soaked it with Manic Panic's Hot hot pink hair dye. I.Am.Addicted.To.Dip.Dying! Planning to due the top of my hair black and go for Turquoise tips next time round. :)

Also, my awesome CNY reunion dinner with my family! This time with Abalone - Sponsored by Baby. This abalone is almost as big as my palm. I'm impressed!

HUAT ah!

All about nails

Hi all,

Moving on from my depressing post a few days back, I'm here to post about my nails! I'm absolutely obsessed with my nails. Simply can't stand ugly nails. MY previous nails, which I had plans to make it last till Chinese New Year didn't work. Dropped off like mad and it looks almighty ugly. So here's my new nails. My favorite red for the festive season. :)

On a totally unrelated note, Porsche managed to do his business 90% correct today. Biting is minimum, hope he will keep up the good job! :) It's really nothing amazing though, but I felt that perhaps.. Just perhaps my talk to him works and he really understand what I'm saying.

I will try harder to love my puppy <3

Should I?

It's been 2 months since Porsche is bought and for 2 months his behavior haven't change at all.

He jumps and bites everything and everyone.

Look for food in rubbish bins and spilling the bin.

Eats everything he can find which range from soft toys to tissues to even hairs. HAIRS! I can't be sweeping the floor 24/7 just to keep the floor 100% clean.

Barks at crazy hours like 5 - 6am, waking everyone.

Pees and do his business everywhere. I followed everyone's advice, use newspaper, pee tray, pee pad and watch him like a hawk, to praise and treat him whenever he does it at the right area. I even sit down with him for god know how long just to make him pee at the right place. When I finally thought he learnt where is the right place to pee, he decides to start peeing wherever he wants again. It's bloody disgusting to step into his pee and find a week old or dried up pee. I had to deal with this on a daily basis. Every.Single.Day. I had to keep a look out for his pee / poo on the floor. Furthermore that stupid dog will step and roll in his own pee. The horror of waking up and seeing your dog wet in his own pee. Just how many times do I need to bath him a week?

I really don't know how long I can handle this because my patience and love for him is running dry.

Finding trouble for myself. Totally finding trouble for myself.

"Should I give him up?" I've been thinking of this ever since the day I bought him. Is this post-purchase anxiety?

So should I?
